Insomnia is a curse, it really is. It can affect your life when you can’t sleep properly – when you spend your whole day dreaming of hitting those pillows, but you spend all night with a racing heart and a mind that’s running marathons around your thoughts.

    Great vlog! I’m programmed to fast forward and have a life-long battle with sleep. I’ll try the valerian on nights where the dreaded birds start singing and you know you haven’t fallen asleep by mornjng(!!!) and let you know how it goes…! Thanks for the recommendation! I’m not the meditating type, but I do recite the prologue of Romeo and Juliet in my head if I’m struggling to sleep, retelling it and understanding every word and rhythm. It’s my best tip. X
