Dreamy: A Healthy Chocolate Mousse!

Yes, that’s right! A healthy, rich, creamy, dreamy chocolate mousse that’s really good for you!

I adapted this recipe from beyondfit.co.uk – the second I saw their recipe, I knew I had to give it a go!

So here goes, this makes 2 servings:

Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 tbsp raw cacao (cocoa powder would do if you can’t source any)
2 tbsp Manuka honey (you could also try agave, maple syrup, raw honey)
Sprinkle of Himalayan Salt crystals

Method:
Put it all in a bowl.
Blitz!

It honestly took 1 minute to make, and was so delicious. My one warning: enjoy as an early pudding. raw cacao is a stimulant, so you don’t want to be lying in bed, heart racing!
