Beauty Tuesday: Modeltypeface & PIxi on….QVC!

I got a lovely message from my fave make up artist, Amanda Bell, asking me to come on QVC with her while she talked all about Pixi’s Glow Tonic.

My first response? Uh-oh! QVC! In terms of modelling it’s not up there with Italian Vogue!

Then I got over myself, pronto. I jump at any opportunity to have the lovely Amanda make my face up whilst gossiping, and I’m a big fan of Pixi (search MTF – you’ll see tonnes of posts on the make up brand!).

Amanda was bringing me on as they were selling Glow Tonic, which is the most ridiculously effective, miraculous product. She spoke eloquently and calmly, which is no mean feat when you are on air for 8 long minutes! What I wasn’t expecting was to be asked a few questions, and I’m pretty proud of the fact that I didn’t a) flinch and that b) I managed to string a few words together successfully!

Have a watch of the vid by clicking on the pic below. If you don’t want to go the whole hog, I’m on mainly between 3:30 and 4:20 mins.

You can buy Glow Tonic (and I do recommend it!) From Pixi online or in stores.
